Who has gone up into heaven, and come down?
Who has gathered the wind in the palm of His hand?
Who has wrapped the water in a cloak?
Who has established all the ends of the earth?
What is his name and what is the name of His son – if you know? – Proverbs 30:4
In Matthew 14:33 the disciples worshipped Yeshua as “Ben-Elohim” Son of God, after witnessing His stroll upon the sea. They experienced first hand the relationship between Yeshua and His Father. They saw for themselves how he tended to the needs of the people not only by healing them but even feeding them before sending them home. They saw that He was good, like His Father.
It got me to thinking that on those occasions when we don’t understand our circumstances; when we question why we are going through something, we need only look to Yeshua who is full of compassion, to see the heart of the Father. After all, He did say, “When you’ve seen me, you’ve seen my Father.”
